Policy & Rates

The facility fees are:
Wedding Ceremony fee $500 with Reception
Wedding Ceremony fee $1300 without Reception
South Tent $1700 – seats up to 125 guests
North Tent $2700 – seats up to 200 guests

Ceremony time frame is flexible based on your need, with the reception immediately after. The facility rental for the reception tent is based on a four hour time frame. There are no set up or take down fees.

Additional time may be reserved for an additional fee. Set up is provided by the Raccoon Creek staff at no additional charge.
