Do you have a outdoor event site?
Raccoon Creek offers a beautiful outdoor ceremony area as well as two NEW outdoor reception sites.

How many guests can Raccoon Creek accommodate?
225 guests for a seated reception.

What if the weather is bad during my outdoor ceremony or reception?
Both of our outdoor reception sites are protected from the weather. Heaters or fans may also be rented for an additional charge. If necessary your ceremony may also be moved into one of the tented facilities.

Can I just have my reception at Raccoon Creek?
Yes. If you choose to also have your ceremony at Raccoon Creek an additional fee will apply.

What is included in the facility fee?
The fee includes the four hour facility rental, tables, white chairs, linens, and set up. The four hour rental includes ceremony time as well as reception time. It does not include food, beverages, wedding cake, flowers and decorations.

How long do I have use of the facility? 
The facility rental is based on a four hour time block. Additional time is available for an additional charge. Set up is not included in the four hours and is provided to you by Raccoon Creek.

Can I bring in my own food and beverage?
No outside food or beverages are allowed. Raccoon Creek is a full service facility and provides all food and beverage except for the wedding cake. Raccoon Creek will work with you to design a custom menu that satisfies you and all your guests.

Is Raccoon Creek a private golf course?
Raccoon Creek is a public golf course so anyone can host their event or play golf. We also offer golf packages for the wedding party and guests.

Can I have alcohol at my reception ?
Yes, our event coordinator will assist you in selecting the beverage service most suitable to your needs. Liquor service can be provided throughout the event, or for a limited period of time, according to your plans. A number of beverage service options are available.
